A Few Looks

Hey everyone! So I was going through my hard drive and I found a folder from back in December, when I did some makeup looks for a Youtube contest. I decided I'd share them with you on here, I hope you like them! And yes, I am wearing foundation in them =) The foundation is  MAC Mineralize Satinfinish. Here are the looks!

For this look I used NARS Pandora matte black all over the lid (by the way this is WAY better than MAC Carbon eyeshadow), I blended it out with GOSH Grey Brown eyeshadow in the crease, and MAC Vanilla to highlight. I used some Makeup Forever false lashes, I believe the number is 152 or one fifty-something, but I don't recall exactly. I used MAC Coppertone blush, and MAC Peachstock lipstick with MAC Prrr lipgloss on top.

This was a look to recreate the video tutorial that Kim Kardashian did with Troy Jensen. I used the same products Troy Jensen used on the eyes (MAC Naked pigment, MAC Contrast in crease). I used MAC lashes but I don't recall which number. I used MAC Vanilla to highlight under the brow, MAC Coppertone blush, and MAC Peachstock lipstick with MAC Prrr lipgloss on top. I used Stila's pencil in Onyx on the waterline and a crapload of mascara.

For this look I used MAC Stars'n'Rockets on the lid and to blend out the crease. I used MAC Deep Truth and Contrast in the crease, and some false lashes. I used MAC Myth lipstick lightly and MAC Prrr lipgloss. I remember using a lot more on the eyes because I was unhappy with them, but I don't recall which products.

Bright blue:

Here I used Urban Decay Defiant eyeliner as a base, with MAC Freshwater packed on top, and the same thing on the lower lash liner. I used a bit of MAC Deep Truth to give some dimension in the corners. I used MAC cream color base in Tickle Me Pink on cheeks and lips, with a lipgloss on top (I don't remember which lipgloss). I did a really thin line of black eyeliner just to define the lashes.

Look 1: SEA THIS

Yo yo everyone, I'm Tizz or Tizzanator whatever you prefer to call me :)
So I did somewhat of a look today and here's what I came up with, I call it "Sea This"

Prepped Eye with
MAC Prep+Prime Eye - "Medium Dark"
Sephora 12 hr Waterproof Jumbo Eye Pencil - "Turquoise"

Eyebrows
N.Y.C. Eyeliner Pencil - Dark Brown

Face
Vasanti Face Base Powder Foundation - V10
Shiseido Blush - B6 Playful Pink

Lid
INNER CORNER - MAC Palette "Novel Twist: 5 Warm Eyes" E/S, Adlib
CENTER LID - Sephora E/S in Swimming Pool
OUTER LID - MAC E/S, Steamy
OUTER V - MAC Palette "6 Twists of Tartan" E/S, Bows & Curtseys
BROW HIGHLIGHT - MAC Palette "Colour Forms: 5 Warm Eyes" E/S, Chillproof

Lid Fixings
Loreal Waterproof Liquid Felt Liner - Blackest Black
Sephora Atomic Volume Sample Mascara - Black
Sephora Eyelashes

I hope you liked it! I really like to blend everything together so it's not too harsh (I'm hella afraid of a cutcrease). Pictures don't do justice to the brightness but I'll figure out lighting and angles as we work through this. BOOYASHAKA

Tizz, out.
Peace!

Gold and Navy Look

This is a gold and blue/navy look I did before I went out to a lounge with some friends. I took the colors from the necklace I was wearing. Since I was wearing all black, I wanted the necklace and makeup to stand out but I didn't want my eyes to be too heavy.

Tip: If you want to wear more dramatic eyeshadow but don't want the entire look to be too heavy, skip eyeliner in the waterline, use an eyeshadow to line, and just put one light coat of mascara or skip the mascara altogether.

This will still keep your look fresh and not have the very dramatic/heavy black definition around the eyes and lashes. I like to do this when I want to wear bright eyeshadows but keep it light.

This is the necklace:

And here is the makeup:

I don't like wearing foundation unless it's for special occasions, and it was a very hot day [I burned a bit, ha ha] so that's why my skin looks a bit red.

I used:
- Sephora Jumbo 12hr pencil (gold) - base, and on lower lash line
- Bare Essentials True Gold e/s - Lid, lower lash line inner 1/2
- MAC white gold from Photorealism palette - tear duct
- MAC Freshwater - above crease to blend, on lower lash line as a base for blues
- MAC Deep Truth - crease, underneath eye
- NARS China Blue - deepen crease, outer 1/3 underneath eye, and to line

I paired it with MAC Peachykeen blush, and MAC Ample Pink gloss.
